Friends & Allies (FA) is set to host the final bouldering competition of the season, dubbed the “FA Meltdown.” This promises to be the most thrilling and challenging event of the year, featuring eight top climbers—four “binnets” and four “boets”—facing off in an intense test of strength, skill, and strategy. But there’s more to it than just the climbing; the crowd will play a crucial role in deciding who emerges victorious. Expect an electric atmosphere as competitors push their limits in front of an enthusiastic audience.
This FAM will also mark the official debut of FA’s new location on Tungsten Road. Although it’s just a short drive from the original venue, the upgraded space offers an entirely fresh vibe, one that climbers and fans alike are eager to experience.
Qualifiers at the OG Venue
Qualifiers for the FA Meltdown will be held at FA’s original spot on Naaf Street. This will be one of the final opportunities to climb at the OG venue, where many local climbers began their journey with FA. To commemorate this chapter, FA will host a farewell bash on the 29th of November.

Finals at the New FA Home
The grand finale will take place at FA’s new Tungsten Road venue on the 6th of December. Competitors can warm up at Naaf before heading down the road for the final showdown. With no tickets required, the finals are open to all; just come ready for a day filled with intense climbs and big cheers. Fans can look forward to a memorable night of “plastic-pulling chaos” as FA closes out the season with style.
