Join the CityROCK crew out in beautiful Waterval Boven at Tranquilitas Adventure Farm for the second edition of their epic adventure triathlon – the All Mountain Festival!
Compete in all three disciplines of sport climbing (rock rally style), mountain biking and trail running to battle it out for the title of All Mountain King/Queen, or pick one or two disciplines and win in your specialty! In addition to the main event, there will be yoga in the campsite, slacklines set up, a climbing course from 1 on 1Adventures‘ Ryan Peel, wholesome meals from Oh My Food Gasm, a spectacular party, and more (of you can believe it). Plus, there will be plenty of properly incredible prizes to be won, including the coveted Best Dressed title.
The entrance fee remains R150 regardless of how many disciplines you choose to compete in, and you can choose between the categories of Junior, Open and Vet. Competition Format:
Competitors can compete in all three disciplines, or pick one or two – the ticket price will remain the same at R150 per competitor. Competitors have from sunrise (6:35am) to sunset (5:16pm) to compete. There will be incredible prizes up for grabs for the winners in each category, best dressed and the coveted All Mountain King and Queen titles.
Categories:
• Some Mountain – Junior/Open/Vet – Competitors pick 1 to 2 disciplines (run/ride/climb)
• All Mountain – Junior/Open/Vet – Competitors compete in all disciplines (run & ride & climb)
Age groups:
• Junior = under ages 18
• Open = ages 19-44
• Vet = ages 45+

• Run – 5.3km trail run
• Ride – 10.8km mountain bike
• Climb – It’s Rock Rally time! Climb as many sport routes as you can in the Wonderland Crags (MCSA/Tranquilitas/Mayhem)
Weekend Program:
All activities will start and finish at Tranquilitas. Registration is on Friday 6pm-8pm and Saturday at 5:30-6am – please do not be late, you will be excluded from receiving podium positions and prizes.
Saturday 28 May
• 06:00–06:30: Briefing at the Tranquilitas lapa
• 06:35: Go!
•10:00–12:00: Climbing Workshop with Ryan Peel
•17:16: Competition ends, all score sheets to be handed in by 17:30
•19:00: Prize-giving in the lapa followed by a lekker jol
Sunday 29 May
• 08:00: Yoga in the campsite
• 09:00–12:00: Campsite games and bike shuttles
