In a full circle moment, local Olympian Mel Janse van Rensburg returned to Boven to witness the opening of the Snapdragon Showdown wall. A wall that he helped fund through the epic Snapdragon showdown with Christopher Cosser in January 2022. The Emgwenya Mountain Club was ecstatic to have Mel visit and share his experience with the Boven youth. The opening of this wall is a milestone achievement for the club and we look forward to seeing the club grow and reach even greater heights.
