Come on down to the MCSA Cape Town clubhouse on Tuesday 4 April for a talk by Julia Wakeling Bird & Garrreth Bird on Service with a Side of Suffering: Modern Mountaineering in the High Himalayas, which recounts their journey up the spectacular Himalayan peak Ama Dablam while wrestling with the modern mountain-industrial complex!

Doors open at 6:30pm and the talk starts at 7:30pm.
