I take peanuts and raisins, some winegums, a few oranges, a banana and lots of water!
Honestly, a jar of peanut butter and a bag of carrots. Not exactly lightweight, but delicious and proteiny!
I would love to know what plant-based, high-protein snacks people are taking out there – always in need of some inspiration!
Mine is definitely 2-minute noodles! Nothing better than making a hot pot of noodles on a cold day in between sends. Also super filling.
Wraps with hummus, chicken, sundried tomatoes, onion flakes, chilli powder, rocket & nutritional yeast.
Toss the chicken for plant-based.
Water
Following the trend of the OP, dried fruits or even fruit dainties are also a winner every single time!
